Sarah is a registered Psychologist specialising in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Sarah’s experience includes organisational design, leadership development, survey development and analysis, psychometric assessments, learning and development material design, wellbeing and performance.  She applies her creativity and analytical skills to bring alternative and fresh perspectives, innovative thinking and practical problem solving.  She holds a Masters in Psychology (Organisational and Industrial) and is accredited in a wide range of psychometric assessment tools.
