Mike has worked with the ASX top 50 as well Commonwealth and State governments both at both strategic and operational level. He brings a deep understanding of the issues faced by senior leaders having assessed and worked on the development of many hundreds of individuals. His own experience working as a senior leader has also enabled him to have a unique perspective on the challenges of leadership, which in turn helps him have a deep empathy and expertise to support leaders at all levels.
